FAQ At Love Story Bridal, we believe that every bride deserves a personalized and exclusive bridal shopping experience. By charging a small appointment fee, we ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. An Expert Bridal Stylist will dedicate their time and attention to help you select the perfect dress that fits your style, budget, and vision. The entire store is all yours during your appointment. We understand that wedding planning can be expensive, however investing in a quality bridal shopping experience is well worth it. We hope that you will find our appointment fee reasonable and that you will enjoy your time with us.

Please wear comfortable, nude undergarments. A strapless nude bra is best but optional during the appointment as you will most likely not be wearing a bra on your wedding day. You should also bring a pair of shoes in the height you plan on wearing for your wedding. Please note that for hygiene purposes underwear is required to be worn during the entire appointment.

The boutique is full of delicate and expensive dresses and it's best to leave children under 10 years of age behind.

Love Story Bridal does not offer alterations in-house. However, we refer you to a talented and reputable seamstress just minutes away. Additionally, all dresses may be ordered custom to your measurements, therefore minimal if any alterations will be needed.

Yes, payment in full is required at time of purchase.

As we wind down operations, all of our available dresses are being sold off the rack at discounted prices. Currently, our gowns range from $300 to $1,000.

Please note that all sales are final, dresses are sold as-is, and reorders are no longer available. Inventory is limited and once a gown is sold, it will not be restocked.

There are no refunds accepted. All sales are final.
